While I began Falling Spring Carpentry in Chambersburg in 2012, I had prior years of carpentry and construction experience beginning in Florida in 1983 and have been self-employed since starting up an earlier business in the Lancaster, PA area in 1989.?

I love what I do, and find satisfaction in doing creative, quality work. I especially enjoy detailed and custom work, whether it's installing oak stair railings, a live-edge walnut top, or a marble tile shower. I feel blessed and privileged to be able to earn a living doing something I love!

My vision for the business is not only to meet the needs and expectations of our customers, but also to provide meaningful work, personal growth and experience for my employees. I believe each person involved with and served by the business is valuable, created in God's image and worthy of respect, and make every effort to treat them that way in every interaction. In my philosophy of business, profit is not the bottom line, people are.
